As a member of the Vineland Fire Department, I am proud to wear a uniform that represents both the rich history of the Department and the responsibility given to us as servants of public safety. Our combination system of highly motivated career and volunteer firefighters protect the community through an effective strategy of risk management, tactical planning, and disciplined deployment.
Operating from six fire stations strategically located throughout the city, the Vineland Fire Department annually responds to nearly 2,300 calls per year. Additionally, our Fire Prevention Bureau works hard to enforce fire codes, conduct fire and life safety plan reviews, provide fire safety education, and inspect and help abate existing and potential fire hazards.
Our strength as an organization is based on the unwavering dedication to excellence held by every member of this Department. We accept and embrace this challenge with vigor and a commitment to combining high quality emergency response with customer service that is second to none.

Our combination department is made up of both volunteer and career members representing a professional organization focused on helping our community however needed.
The Vineland Fire Department focuses on every city need from life safety and hazard mitigation, to education and fire prevention.
